Sales Account Executive

Growing company has an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson. You must have prior experience with proven success in selling high-end custom technology solutions to C-Level executives of mid-market companies. You must have exceptional hunting and closing skills, be effective overcoming resistance against an incumbent vendor or established internal development team.  You excel at networking and consultative selling. You are a hard-working, self-starter and have the desire to earn more than your current income. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.  You have at least 5 years of sales experience in solution selling or technical sales.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Documented history of top performance and success in achievement of sales objectives
  • Experience selling Application Development and Maintenance is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of sales in custom software space, sales process, systems, and salesforce.com

Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business
  • Must be comfortable with aggressive levels of prospecting, including cold calling Sr. Technical Executives and presenting a complex solution and value proposition and getting qualified meetings that result in opportunities
  • Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients
  • Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
