Executive Assistant To CEO

Job Title:  Executive Assistant to CEO

City: Austin

State: Texas

Job Schedule: Full Time

Pay: DOE

Word from the CEO: "No job description can adequately describe what is needed or how this job will feel.  Here is unvarnished truth.  I need some help. I've been a computer programmer for 20 years now, and I started this company 5 years ago.  We grew really fast and are now 40 employees. We made the Austin Fast 50 #1 spot for small business and also made the Inc. 5000 list for growth. We are continuing to move fast, but the highest priority is excellence and quality in everything we do. I need a dedicated executive assistant to help me with everything I do. Your work will be whatever my work is. The emphasis is on the "executive" and less on the "assistant". This is not a "get my coffee" job.  This is a true EA job, and I will need you to help me do my job - to think about the things I'm thinking about - to take work off my plate - to save me time from all items that distract. If you know how to read someone's mind and think 2 steps ahead, please apply.  My Strengthsfinder top 10 are: maximizer, strategic, relator, learner, ideation, intellection, achiever, input, command, and self-assurance. Please send at least your top 5 with your cover letter."
