We are growing the foundations of our sales team, and are seeking an aggressive, organized, self-motivated achiever to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. This is a sales hunter role requiring a high activity level of daily prospecting via phone and email.
You will be focused on new lead generation and market development selling custom software engineering and consulting services to medium to large businesses. This position has excellent upside potential/career path into a Senior Account Executive based on a high success level in the role.

Experience and Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in sales roles in technology services companies
Documented history of top performance and success in achievement of sales objectives
BS/BA degree preferred
Experience selling Application Development and Maintenance is preferred
Excellent understanding of sales in custom software space, sales process, systems, and salesforce.com
Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business
Must be comfortable with aggressive levels of prospecting, including cold calling Sr. Technical Executives and presenting a complex solution and value proposition and getting qualified meetings that result in opportunities
Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients
Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
